Based on Ephesians 6:5–9, this study explores the principles of Christian conduct within the context of the workplace. It provides ethical guidelines for both slaves (employees) and masters (employers). Slaves are instructed to obey their masters with a sincere heart, as if they were serving Christ, not just to please people. Masters are commanded to treat their slaves with the same respect and fairness, remembering they also have a Master in heaven who shows no partiality. These principles transform work from a social obligation into an act of worship, elevating the dignity of labor for all.
